The Role We have a new opportunity for a Content Producer to join the team who will play a key role in creating and producing content for Aston Villa Women FC (AVWFC) platforms including Villa TV, social media, ad forms, in stadia screens and other ad-hoc placements. From ideation to execution, you will manage end-to-end production creation of high-quality photo and video content; from planning and shooting action footage, interviews and matchday material to delivering post production edits, colour grading, and audio work. You will produce and edit raw material into finished assets suitable for AVWFC鈥檚 platforms ensuring that all content aligns with the Club brand and tone of voice.You will maintain key relationships with players and staff to build trust and create authentic content that resonates with our fan base working collaboratively within the wider video and content teams as well as work independently on shoots from time-to time. Working alongside the Women鈥檚 Football, Business departments, and the wider Club you will maintain strong working relationships to foster collaboration as well as contribute to content planning meetings and seasonal campaigns.For further information about the Role, please see the Role Profile. 3. The PersonWe are looking for a high-skilled and creative individual with a desire to grow visibility, profile, and fan engagement of the Women鈥檚 First Team.You must have a strong understanding of Women鈥檚 football and Women鈥檚 elite sporting landscape, and you will bring hands on experience and interest in filming live football matches or sporting events, with strong technical ability across HD video equipment, Sony cameras (FS7/A7III), and Mac/Adobe software. With a strong instinct for capturing the perfect shot, you will have the ability to switch between photo and video capture, frame and compose shots and execute camera movements that maximise visual impact.We are looking for an organised individual with the adaptability to work independently to shoot, edit and deliver content to a creative brief whilst also collaborating seamlessly with our wider video and content team to ensure a consistent, high-quality output that stands out.You must have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly, bringing a pro-active and positive attitude to every project making our content stand out and with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Given the nature of this role, you will need to hold a full, UK driving licence and be able to work flexibly as this role will include evenings, weekends and matchdays. 4. Why join us?
