Assistant Head Coach Organisation London Bees FC Salary Match and training session rate Location The Hive London, Camrose Avenue, Edgware, HA8 6AG Contract type (Part time) Closing date 30 April 2026 Job Description London Bees Football Club is currently seeking a Women’s Team Assistant Coach to assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading the Women’s First Team by educating, guiding and inspiring them to help achieve their long-term objectives in line with the Club’s philosophy and performance plan.Key Accountabilities:- Deliver high quality coaching relevant to the First Team players, educating them in line with the Club’s philosophy and performance plan.- Lead by example in ensuring all players live by the Club’s values and adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct at all times.- Lead and/or support coaches both in training and matchdays (Wednesdays and/or Sundays)- Complete individual player feedback reports after each match.- Complete and submit all session plans including session objectives and post-session evaluation timeously and to a high standard.- To develop and maintain a professional relationship with the relevant staff and players including regular communication of training and match day information. -To maintain and update all player information including medical and emergency contact details.- Work closely with the First Team Head Coach to assist with the delivery of their aims and objectives.- To assess trialists at both training and games and feedback to the First Team Head Coach. -To take responsibility for the care and maintenance of all training equipment and playing kit.- To abide by all club policies including, but not exclusive to, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety.Skills & Experience - Essential:- UEFA B licence (- UEFA A preferable).- Strong previous experience of coaching in a professional football environment.- Experience and evidence of designing individual player programmes.- Approachable and able to build and maintain positive working relationships.- Confident & engaging within group setting.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- The ability to work within a team environment.- Must have a desire to develop & improve.Skills & Experience - Additional requirements:- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and match days.- Experience in senior women’s football.
