Case Manager - National (Football) Organisation Sport Resolutions Salary 34,170 Location London / Remote Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 19 June 2026 Interview date 22 June 2026 Job Description Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its passionate and experienced National case management team to assist with the administration of domestic matters including football disciplinary procedures, Olympic and Paralympic disputes, and anti-doping rule violations.The successful applicant will primarily be required to administer matters referred to the Football Association National Serious Case Panel, administered by Sport Resolutions.The Case Manager will also assist with the general management of enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. Sport Resolutions has contracts with the English Football League and The Football Association to administer hearings for potential rule violations including those related to discipline and financial breaches. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring such matters are managed fairly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. Previous experience of working in football would be advantageous. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.
