础听Maintenance Technician听is responsible for maintaining听all machinery, mechanical equipment, building structures, facilities grounds and tools. You would also be responsible for general maintenance as well as any welding, plumbing, electrical, HVACR equipment and mechanical equipment.

Here’s more of what you will do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment, machines, building systems & facilities grounds. Regularly inspect, operate and test such items.
• Clean and lubricate shafts bearings, gears and other parts of all equipment (forklifts, auto scrubbers, dock equipment, overhead doors, HVACR equipment, lawn equipment, jib cranes, etc.).
• Inspect all parts (compressors, motors, belts, chains, electrical components, filters, etc.) on all equipment and repair or replace as necessary.
• Use and maintain all tools ranging from common hand tools (hammers, saws, wrenches, screw drivers, testing devices, etc.) to all other associated tools such as power tools, lawn care equipment, etc.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Paint, repair, and/or maintain roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, plumbing and other parts of the building structures.
• Perform snow removal (shovel sidewalks, operate snow plow, spread ice remover, etc.) when necessary.

This list is not all inclusive of other tasks and subtasks that may be necessary in performing this role, but rather an overview of the role鈥檚 primary work tasks.

Qualifications:

Here’s what you must have to be considered for this role:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Related experience in the maintenance field; or a combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, math and writing skills.
• Current driver鈥檚 license.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 100 to 200 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to work in all elements; rain, snow, cold and heat.

• Must be able to work to heights of 40 feet.

Must be willing and able to pass drug test and criminal background, must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have high school diploma or GED.

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, uses hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks and install power wire and/or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and by following Benshaw鈥檚 workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and Interpreting Documents: Following blueprints, diagrams, assembly instructions, and other technical documentation to understand how to assemble components.
• Gathering and Preparing Components: Collecting necessary parts, materials, and tools from designated areas.
• Using Tools and Equipment: Proficiently using hand tools (like screwdrivers and wrenches), power tools (like drills and impact wrenches), and more specialized equipment.
• Assembling Components: Connecting parts together according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Checking the assembled products or subassemblies for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process.
• Adjusting and Calibrating: Adjusting machines or subassemblies to ensure proper functioning, according to Indeed.
• Documentation: Logging productivity, performing inspections, and recording any necessary adjustments or repairs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1/32^nd of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A natural understanding of how things work mechanically.
• Hand-Eye Coordination: The ability to work with precision and accuracy using tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and handle tools and materials. Lifting up to 30 lbs & standing long periods of your shift.
• Basic Mathematical Skills: For measuring, calculations, and following instructions.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree related to wiring or electro mechanical assembly preferred.

Here鈥檚 what you can expect working in Patient Registration (Customer Service):

• Working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment. You鈥檒l work across multiple screens collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check-ins. You should feel comfortable working across multiple programs and typing as quickly as patients can talk. You will work around clinicians interrupting the registration process for emergent clinical care.
• Helping people who may be very ill or worried. We鈥檙e not human computers intaking information. Patients need you to be there for them and listen carefully to ease their anxiety. You鈥檒l ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time.
• Fast-paced work environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration. While collecting patient and insurance information may seem straightforward, there is a lot of variation in health plans and coverage, that will require knowledge through training. While the data you collect may be predictable, the people you鈥檒l get it from aren鈥檛. You must work quickly and expect the unexpected. This is not a casual desk job.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.28 – $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
